Damn it, the current cbox tagboard that I'm using, I'd forgotten what email I'd used to register it with. ARGH, and accidentally entered an old tagboard which hadn't been accessed for a long time, which caused old memories to flood back in my head. Nvm about that, shit happens.
Had been wanting to blog since new year's eve, but lazy bug was in action. Anyway, to put it briefly, NYE was quite a blast:
- initial plan to countdown at Little Bali, then sudden decision to club instead
- the random jump into I-bar at MS just to countdown somewhere instead of being on the streets
- stopping by in the middle of the road to watch fireworks
- walking to clarke quay hoping to enter MOS
- bumping the floorball guys and making our way to DXO
- persuading the bouncer to allow the underage-lings to enter
- downing shots with yanzi (ya we were the only two who wanted to drink lol)
- having a great time on the dancefloor
- yanzi having her wish come true when this bung whom she reckons is very cool, ask us to dance with her and her friends
- having a difficult time getting a cab
Yeah, pretty much eventful lah, haha.
IVP kicked off yesterday, and the first match with NTU ended on a disappointing note. To put it across bluntly, we were expecting to win. Unfortunately, lady luck was smiling on the opponents. First, Raf didn't get to play because her name wasn't registered. Then, when I was so confident it would be a goal, my penalty hit tiang. Joreen kena twice 2-minutes, once because suay suay kena caught by Tiger for pushing the opponent, the other due to incorrect substitution during 6-men play. And I was very haunted by the penalty tiang... It's like, what's the point of scoring during training and friendlies, when twice, during the real competition, I failed to do so? I felt like a fucking disappointment to everyone.
Aiyah forget it, I'm not gonna let it distract me. Same goes for Duck, please don't get affected by it anymore okies. The next 2 matches will be very crucial, so chins up and be positive! (:
Yogi is such a darling, naughty and oh-so-lazy. He's had a haircut btw! Looks just like when he first arrived. Very cute nonetheless. And I thought I would never see such a sight, but lol it was very amusing: My dad cut apples for Yogi and himself, then sat himself on the floor and munch on his share while Yogi did the same. Haha just don't know how to describe.
Ok off to sleep, class tomorrow boohoo ):
