Went to the Herstory party @ Zouk last night. Gotta say, initially I wasn't too keen to go, in fact I was tired and damn effing sian to club. And because the theme was modern retro, I thought this was a good time to wear that dark blue based white polka-dottie super-high waist dress which my mum bought for me at Bugis Street, with my 5-dollar white belt and 5-dollar white huge beaded necklace.
But noooooooo, I felt totally awkward in it, and when we went into Zouk, the awkwardness went into overdrive. The bloody dress was practically glowing spottily due to the lights; how much I'd wanted to go home and changed into something less AA. And no, I certainly do not like attention, no thank you very much. Anyway, the music was great, we danced and danced and danced like there's no tomorrow! Haha I love it, except after toilet break the enthusiasm sorta died.
Then at 3am, it was lights on. What a damper ): But oh well I was getting restless and thirsty anyway, so am very glad to get out of the place. Ah Pui and I went to a nearby Indian shop for some drinks, which led to some consumption of prata coz hehe, I was hungry lah. The egg and cheese pratas were very yummy! After I got home and showered and after chatting with that fat pig, for the 100000000000th time I'd fallen asleep with the lappie on my tummy. Tskkkk!
Can't wait to catch The Holidays tomorrow (: Gonna check out the Blue Canyon Co Sale at Oxford Hotel tomorrow; I want that AE boyfriend tank and Hollister brown tee badly! Plus, I'm so excited for my new stuff to arrive lah, 2 new tops in fact, with the later one having arrived in SG already heh. Sighs, I love shopping lah, but I hate being broke -.- Nvm, think of the jobs I'd planned to try out for after graduation. Remember that promise we made ok Haj? :D
The next Herstory party at 8 March 2007! This time, let's not leave Joreen alone already lah hor? =P
