I'M SO EXCITED!
Nono, not for Haruka and Seiya =P For POL-ITE! Thinking about the day when it will kickstart the high socks wearing and hair braiding, haha. Usually I would be really nervous when I think about competitions, but this time I just cannot wait for Tuesday to arrive! First match up against NYP again, just like how it was in the last IVP. Hope everyone will put in their best and play hard. And stay injured-free!
Been having many friendlies lately. Just recently, there was the one with SMU, where I scored a lovely goal =X It's rare that I score lah so please pardon me. Then with Titans, we got whacked man, 17-1, and that single goal wasn't even scored by an RP player, although still thanks to Poh Meili for putting that goal in for us. THEN, here is the best part: we won SIM 8-1! Haha this is like the first time we score over 5 lah -.- Anyway, it wasn't so friendly for me, first time I got so fired up and spewed vulgarities like there's no tomorrow. Even got into an exchange with the opponent, which is something I'd never done; I was too angry with the way they played -
forward was man-marking me when they had possession of the ball. Oh but their keeper is really good, she played very well, so kudos to her.
Just few days ago had a friendly with ITE as well. They are really tough; when I gave one a shoulder-to-shoulder push, she didn't move much at all -.- We drew with them 2-2 after 4 periods. Great play by the lines, despite the lineup being jumbled up, but nevertheless we managed to work well and held our own against the opponent. After the game, Duck Yati & myself thought that the back gate to the bus stop was closed, and we took a detour, only to realised it would be closed at 11pm -.- We practically screamed lah. Was so tired when I reached home, that the next day I was like concussed. Even when my alarm had rung, I couldn't wake up at all, until I received Yati's call. Sorry ar if it's not a good reason to skip training, but I'd really needed a good rest. My leg problem is back again, just hope it doesn't worsen like how it did before.
