everyone pls be beware of a push-cart in cineleisure 2nd storey. it is located outside of minitoons somewhere there; it pins the earrings on this straw mat thingy, sell other accessories as well. damn salesgirl there overcharged us for buying a pair of earring last saturday. and the funny thing is, before we bought it, we'd asked another salesgirl about the price of the earrings i wanted, and it was half of what we paid for. because i've lost it, jie huei went to buy for me again. and this time, she was charged the cheaper price by a totally different salesgirl.
(the salesgirl who was at the cart last saturday could even ask us "is it okie?" when we paid already. like there's any use *rolls eyes*)
isn't it just ridiculous? and when she questioned the salesgirl about the incident last saturday, (it was a different girl) instead of apologizing for the very obvious mistake, she came up with some excuse saying that maybe there was some promotion or whatever shit lah. yes the overcharged price may just be 6 bucks, but price is not the matter here. it irks me when people do not admit their mistakes and apologizes, especially when they are doing business. it's not as if we are demanding for a refund, but a proper explanation and apology. if this is the way u do business, pls juz get outta the sales line. talk about responsibility. right.
i don't give a fuck if this entry puts that push-cart in a bad light (though i doubt so, considering there are other push-carts as well), but i just want friends to be beware of salespeople like this. DEMAND AN EXPLANATION IF ANY SUDDEN CHANGE IN PRICES OCCUR.
i hate to call ppl stupid, but if u're gonna come up with an excuse to cover up your mistake, at least pls think of a plausible excuse. what ever excuse u'd come up with was downright dumb and lame.
