leaving on a jetplane......
no lah, on a coach bus, to KL this saturday. hafta wake up at an unearthly time coz we're supposed to be there at 7.30am. BUT of course! it's gonna be mp3 + sleep on the bus all the way. muz start packing my bag already, bleahs.
so lemme tell u a long story, about the experience of clubbing the first time, at zouk. pls make sure u are comfortable, coz i suck at summarizing (wink wink, LOL.); means i'm damn longwinded. as usual.
meet the girls in the gym toilet in school. i was DAMN LATE, reached at 7 plus when i'm supposed to be there at 6. but hey, i dressed up at home first lah =P makaned at breeks, hung out at youth park for a while, then it was off to zouk.
we wanted to go phuture, but ack, halfway queueing then full house. okok so we were late. nic went to queue for zouk while the others juz waited outside phuture, finding ways to get in. i went to join nic in the queue, which after some time the others joined us. SO OK WE FINALLY GOT IN. it was mambo in zouk; not the right kinda music for us, though we stayed there awhile and got some drinks. moved over to phuture and I SAW MY BROTHER. lols he was damn shocked to see me coz he told me i couldn't enter =/ oh well, it was damn damn crowded. music's great; danced til 3 plus. thanked my stars again that my bro was there coz he was driving lah =D
WHILE WE WERE DANCING...
- some drunk guy kept coming closer to us, kept wanting to dance with us. we changed positions here and there, even with our backs facing him, STILL DON'T GET THE HINT. but yah lah he's drunk, what to do =/
- so the 6 of us were dancing in a circle at the corner, then suddenly we were surrounded by a circle of guys. and ppl just kept on moving here and there through the crowd lah, bleahs.
- just before we left, some guy tapped me on the shoulder. couldn't hear him clearly initially (duh)..."my friend and i are having a bet about you. are u chinese or malay?" pretty obvious what was my answer. and i thought letting down the bangs make me look cina to the max already. BUT, i think it was becoz i spoke malay to the girls at times, so yeps.
NEVER WEAR LONG SLEEVES. goodness i had to take off the off-shoulder top can. it was THAT sweltering. shakes head*
overalli like clubbing. minus the crowd + queue factor, it's actually really fun. most importantly, the company was the right one (: recalling back on what someone told me, i
do not think clubbing changes a person, character-wise etc. i mean, i'm still the same old sher deep inside, and not some floozy after clubbing. i don't feel a need to change the way i am at all. i'm comfortable being me, thank you very much.
oh, and i just wanna say a huge thankies to my brother for being a chauffeur, lols. poor guy, told me he couldn't enjoy coz he was busy worrying for me, afraid i kena bully or what, HAHA. k lah, i feel so loved lah! what to do, i'm the baby in the family. whispers* but ack, it is a tad annoying...lols =x
