so updates...i achieved 7.3 for beep test, which is completely one whole level from last year's. no good :( felt so dizzy after running, muz be the flu =/ and i owe some people a treat coz i said i could acheive a 10, lol.
ruyi trained us ytd again. there was 3 sets of shuttle run after playing game, damn tiring. best part is, i tripped on mandy's stick, and as hard as i tried to prevent myself from falling, i still fell and landed on my back. i thought ruyi would blow the whistle so i still lied awhile, but she didn't! hahah! that is definitely my most ahem, graceful fall ever seh. but ar, my fingers kena blisters T_T
gonna juz read through aw's floorball notes ppt, then do rj, then lab report at home i guess. got an extension till tml night =D
